Wilshire Park Apartments has provided us with a great experience. The leasing staff and maintenance crew have been incredibly responsible and caring, addressing every request promptly and professionally. Sallie has always been kind and helpful, while Jesse and the maintenance team have been empathetic, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. They consistently go above and beyond to enhance our experience. Unlike other places in Houston, our interactions with the neighbors have been positive. The complex is quiet at night, even around the pool area, and we generally feel safe here. Also, we've had no issues with bed bugs or roaches, and we love having an in-unit washing machine and dryer. The complex is clean, with no trash lying around or stray animals. Lastly, the cost of rent is reasonable.

Staff is wonderful!! The manager is the best!!! She takes excellent pride in her work!!! Gives the community updates on what's going on! Maintenance is also excellent, makes sure the apartment complex is well kept! Overall, a very quiet and beautiful place to call home! Love it! Thanks to the staff for making this a paradise haven!!
